Hasegawa 1/24 Mazda Cosmo Sport (Metal Engine Details) # CH46

The Mazda 110 S Cosmo is a Japanese sports automobile that first debuted in 1964 at the Tokyo Motor Show as a prototype.
It was manufactured in serial between 1967 and 1972.
It was centred in the Japanese city of Hiroshima.
In total, only roughly 1,200 examples of this vehicle were made.
The Mazda 110 S Cosmo was designed with the goal of breaking into the sports car industry while also promoting Wankel engine technology.
The Cosmo model has been recognised as Mazda’s flagship automobile since the outset, as seen by the meticulous styling of the exterior and passenger interior.
The car had a single 1-liter engine that produced 110 to 130 horsepower and was only available as a 2-door coupe.
During manufacture, two series emerged: the first, named L10A, and the second, labelled L10B.
Despite the fact that Mazda produced another model, the Cosmo, in 1975, the two vehicles had very little in common.
