The Republic RF-84F Thunderflash was a photo reconnaissance aircraft developed by Republic Aviation in the 1950s.
It was a modified version of the F-84F Thunderstreak fighter-bomber, equipped with a camera system in the nose and various other modifications to enhance its reconnaissance capabilities.
The RF-84F was used extensively by the United States Air Force during the Cold War for photo reconnaissance missions over various locations, including Europe and Asia.
It was also used by several other countries, including France, Turkey, and Norway.
Despite its success in reconnaissance missions, the RF-84F was eventually replaced by more advanced aircraft in the 1960s.
